5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at 4g99 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per player, per household, or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts may result in account closure.

7.1 Closure by 4g99

4g99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

7.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any available balance is withdrawable before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.
